Created Through Him and for Him

Today's Lifeline · Friday, 6 November 2026

“For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.”

Colossians 1:16

Reflection

Everything that exists finds its origin and purpose in Christ. He is not merely part of creation; He is the Creator, and all things were made through Him and for Him. This means our lives are not accidental or without purpose. We were created to live for His glory, and everything we pursue should ultimately find its meaning in Him. When Christ becomes the centre of our lives, our priorities, ambitions, and decisions begin to align with His purpose.

Declaration

My life belongs to Jesus Christ. I was created through Him and for Him. He is the centre of my existence, the foundation of my purpose, and the reason for my living. Through my life, decisions, and accomplishments, I will bring glory to His name.
