24 Hours Daily ⏰ – August 2024 Lifeline

Dearly Beloved,

Irrespective of the time zone or season, we always have 24 hours daily. Immediately a time zone is less than or more than 24 hours, everything automatically goes out of sync. This singular phenomenon puts me in awe of the remarkable consistency, organization, and sovereignty of God. He has the world in his hands.

24 hours daily, God remains the same. The unchanging one who lives outside of time controls the times and seasons of life. He who knows all things strikes the delicate balance in the affairs of this world. He makes sure that every person in every part of the world has the same amount of time each day. No cheating here.

Romans 11:36 (NIV)

For from him and through him and for him are all things. To him be the glory forever! Amen.

Colossians 1:16-17 (NLT)

16 for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can’t see—such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him.

17 He existed before anything else, and he holds all creation together.

The age long question has never been if our Father is available 24 hours daily. After all, He is the author of time. The question is, are we available to our Father 24 hours daily?

As we enter this new month, I pray that we enjoy and yield our lives, and all of ourselves to God, 24 hours daily, to be a means for God to express his glory, love, mercy, joy, abundance, healing, hope, patience, excellence, creativity and forgiveness.

Romans 12:1 (NLT)

And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him.
