Impact One, Inspire Many: Restoring Hope at the Special Correctional Centre for Boys

Christ Lifeline, in collaboration with Catch Them Young, successfully carried out a transformational outreach to the Special Correctional Centre for Boys, Oregun. The outreach was designed to inspire, educate, and spiritually uplift the boys, with a strong focus on integrity, character, and godly living.

The outreach featured a well-coordinated set of activities, including:

• A teaching session on Integrity, using the biblical account of Daniel to highlight values such as discipline, faithfulness, courage, and moral strength.
• Interactive discussions that allowed the boys to ask questions, share thoughts, and reflect on life choices.
• Counselling and encouragement, reminding the boys that their past does not define their future.
• Prayer and spiritual ministration, offering hope, healing, and renewed purpose.

Impact and Outcomes

• The boys were highly engaged and responsive throughout the session.
• Many expressed renewed hope, a desire to change, and a commitment to live with integrity despite their circumstances.
• The message resonated deeply, reinforcing the importance of making right choices and standing firm in character.
• The collaboration strengthened relationships between Christ Lifeline, Catch Them Young, and the correctional facility.

The collaboration with Catch Them Young was instrumental in the success of the outreach. Their passion for youth development and rehabilitation aligned seamlessly with Christ Lifeline’s mission of transforming lives through the love of Christ.

The outreach was impactful and purpose-driven, reaffirming our commitment to reaching young lives in challenging environments. Through the message of integrity and the love of Christ, seeds of hope were planted, with the prayer that these boys will grow into responsible, purpose-driven individuals.
