Acknowledging God

On a recent trip, the concierge at the hotel I stayed handed me the Metro map and said “You would not get lost, if you follow the train guide and know the right train stations.” True to fact, I did exactly as he said that day, and I was able to get around town and find my way back to the hotel with ease.

Acknowledging God, follows a similar pattern. As we pay close attention to His word and do exactly what He says, we are able to get around the issues of life and find the needed wisdom and peace to navigate through life’s demands.

Proverbs 3:5-6 NLT

Trust in the Lord with all your heart;

do not depend on your own understanding.

Seek his will in all you do,

and he will show you which path to take.
