Guided Through the Wilderness

Today's Lifeline · Sunday, 8 November 2026

“But He made His own people go forth like sheep, and guided them in the wilderness like a flock;”

Psalm 78:52 (NKJV)

Reflection

God is not only powerful enough to deliver His people; He is also faithful enough to lead them. When He brought Israel out of Egypt, He did not abandon them in the wilderness. He guided them like a shepherd leads his flock. Sometimes, the journey may take us through unfamiliar territories and seasons of uncertainty. Yet, we must never mistake unfamiliarity for abandonment. The God who brings us out also knows how to lead us forward.

Declaration

The Lord is my Shepherd, and I am His own. I am never stranded or abandoned. He guides my steps, directs my decisions, and leads me into His purposes.
