Christ Lifeline Ministry is an organisation that extends the help of Christ to nations and support platforms that attracts people to Christ. The organisation is made up of Christians in different cities all over the world, from different background and walks of life sharing the singular passion of giving our best for God and extending lifelines to humanity. The Executives and Partners of the organizations are professionals, entrepreneurs or students in different fields who utilize their time and resources to help others and accelerate the propagation of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. The organization is financed by the executives, partners and friends of the ministry who do not receive salaries and wages from the funds of the ministry.
Christ Lifeline was established in April 10, 2003 after God spoke to his minister, Tope S. Aladenusi about how a group of believers will support the work of the ministry and willingly commit to help the needy.
The ministry was formally unveiled to the world on January 7, 2007 when we had our first outreach program tagged mission exhibition. Since then, the ministry has recorded significant achievements, which include: testimonies of lives being touched and transformed daily, increase in the number of partners, and expansion in our scope of operation.
- To support the evangelism of the world by equipping believers with information that will enable them to live a lifestyle that attracts others to Christ.
We strongly believe that if Christians live the all-round successful life into which God has called us; many unbelievers will be challenged by their lifestyle and they will inquire about the reason behind the Christian’s success, like Nicodemus did to Christ in John 3. This will present them with the opportunity to introduce such unbelievers to Christ – the hope of an all-round victorious life.
- To support other Christian ministries (especially missionaries) financially and spiritually.
We work with Churches to equip believers with sound doctrine. We are committed to supporting missionaries financially and helping them create and/or sustain platforms that widen their influence. We constantly send out reminders to the body of Christ as a whole that we have not been called to compete with one another but to complement one other as we work towards making disciples of all nations.
- To extend the love of Jesus Christ to the society by caring for the needy.
We consciously aim to fulfil God’s expectation of believers stated in James 2:15-16 - “Suppose there are brothers or sisters who need clothes and don't have enough to eat. What good is there in your saying to them, "God bless you! Keep warm and eat well!"---if you don't give them the necessities of life?”
Therefore, in addition to telling the needy about Jesus, we also strive to meet their needs. We particularly support orphans and grant educational scholarships to the less privileged of our society.
- To administer a forum where the needy and helpers can interrelate.
We help the helpers fulfil their heart desire by presenting them with the opportunity to help people who are really in need. One of the ways we do this is by allowing others to partner with us.
Christ Lifeline Ministry fulfils its purpose through six (6) ministry units:
We are passionate about sharing information that will empower believers to live an excellent life and shine as lights in the midst of a wicked and perverse world. Hence, we make it our business to teach God’s word in truth and in totality. Our outlets thus far have been through teaching seminars, campus crusade, open crusade, and church meetings.
We support missionaries and other Christian organizations in the task of soul-winning. Apart from cash donations towards a particular course, we collaborate with them to widen their sphere of influence. We also provide free consultancy service by giving counselling and advice about the work of the ministry.
For instance, Christ Lifeline recently donated a block of three classrooms to the Christian Learning Centre at Dukawa Land, Niger State of Nigeria. This school is administered by Calvary Ministries (CAPRO), a non-denominational global Christian missionary movement with a special focus on evangelizing the Muslims in Africa and the Arab world. This donation will enhance the school structure while serving as a platform to reach out to the people of the Dukawa tribe for Christ.
We are working towards reaching every home in every homeland with the message and help of Christ via the internet, publications and electronic media. www.christlifeline.org is a website that has touched and transformed many lives all over the world. On the website, various men of God share lifelines- teachings and articles on every topic related to human living from cradle to the grave.
Since launching the website in January 2007, we have received several testimonies from people whose lives have been transformed as a result of the information and help they received on the site.
We also transform lives through a quarterly publication tagged The Lifeline. The Lifeline Magazine is a complete life magazine that contains all the essential ingredients that anyone needs to live an all-round successful life. With its various sections written and edited by seasoned ministers of God, The Lifeline Magazine is indeed a lifeline to everyone seeking success in the game of life. In obedience to the commandment of our Lord Jesus Christ not to forget the fatherless, our Orphanage Ministry is devoted to locating the needy and authentic orphanage homes in the society and providing the essential help they need as God leads.
We support orphanage homes by donating foodstuffs and other relief materials to the orphans. We also encourage them and introduce them to Jesus Christ.
From nursery school pupils to university students, Christ Lifeline has awarded scholarships and paid the school fees of many. We principally support orphans, children of missionaries and students who are ostracized because they became believers.
Realising that saving a soul is not the end of soul winning; Christ Lifeline Mentors are passionately committed to discipleship of Christians bringing them up in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. We offer mentorship to develop new believers and support them in their Christian growth with the objective that they measure up to the stature of the fullness of Christ.
Our mentors consciously teach men the doctrine of Christ in an environment outside the church. Mentoring is done via all available media – in person, on the internet, via mobile communication etc.
We believe that God is the creator of the earth and Jesus Christ is the first begotten Son of God who was sent by God to the earth to be the mediator between man and God.
- We believe that the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God dwelling in every Christian, to teach and direct in the ways of God.
- We believe the Bible is a book that contains the scriptures which in entirety is an inspiration of God that reveals the mind and ways of God and his plan for humanity.
- We believe that Jesus Christ was born of a virgin, crucified, died, resurrected, ascended to heaven and is now seated at the right hand of God. We believe that salvation for mankind comes only by believing in the redemptive work of Jesus.
- We believe that the redemptive work of Jesus Christ has given us freely grace, prosperity, health, holiness, purity, peace, power, joy and all we can ever need to live a godly and victorious life. We believe we are to cooperate with the work of the Holy Spirit in us for us to see the manifestations of these free gifts.
- We believe that the desire of God is to see that all men are saved and to come to the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that Christians have been given the task of spreading the gospel by their words and lifestyle.
- We believe in the resurrection of the dead and the return of our Lord Jesus Christ.
